RFOS Q&A How long have you been training? Since 2008 for competition. I am lifelong athlete, having competed in gymnastics for 13 years since age 3. As an adult I have also participated in other sports, including snowboarding, rollerblading, and swimming.
What would you like to see done to help improve or promote the sport? Publicity, exposure, rewards! People need to be encouraged to learn more about our sport. And I hope to show everyone, by personal example, that if they really want something, they can achieve it — nothing is impossible!
What would you like to share about your last contest? I learned a lot at the 2009 UFE Halloween Mayhem, which was my first outside Québec. So much more preparation is needed to get everything contest-ready: make up, hair, spraytan, and so much else. Sometimes we want to save money here and there. And yet, the final touches can make all the difference in being able to shine on stage. For your next competition, be sure to check ahead with the organisation or contest promoter to learn what you need to become a shining star!
Do you get negative comments from people with regard to your muscles? Well, some of my friends — especially guys — don't like women who are too muscular or too ripped. They say they like me more in my off-season shape. Even so, they recognize the time, effort, and energy I invest to get in contest shape!
Have you ever surprised yourself with you own strength? Like you forgot you were THAT strong??? Not really! I am a police officer, so I am trained to be sure of my exact strength. And on I'm not allowed to make a mistake about that!
How have you used your physical strength outside the gym, when it has come in handy? In my everyday life, being in shape is key both for my own security and for protecting those around me. It's much the same with all police officers on active duty.
Any message for fans? We all have our models. And each of us is a model for someone else. Never forget what your model did for you, and give it back to your own fans! Sharing tips and answering questions are appreciated by fans and models alike!

not the limit. Your only limits are those you impose upon yourself. You can make excuses, or you can make progress. The choice is yours!
I would like to thank Ultimate Fitness Events (UFE), for giving me the support and exposure I need to help me achieve my goals.
